The Tracy Fifer award recognizes long term achievement and service to Colorado High School Soccer. The criteria for this award includes: 1) Minimum CHSSCA membership of 15 years 2) Outstanding long-term service and/or achievement in soccer at the high school level. 3) Contributions that have made a positive impact on improvement, advancement or presentation of the game of soccer at the high school level. 4) Exemplifies the NSCAA and CHSAA Code of Ethics 5) Nominees for the award will remain on the ballot for 5 years. 6) Retired from coaching for at least 3 years. 7) Not a current Board of Directors or Officer of the CHSSCA.
